How long does it take for my order to be processed?
It only takes 4-12 hours to process your payment, an E-mail confirmation with receipt will be sent to you once your order has been approved.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It may take us 3-4 days to prepare the shipment, Most orders take 5-8 business days for delivery. also sometimes may take longer according to our inventory availability, we will send you E-mail if there is any delay.
How can I know my order status?
Once we send the bags, we will give you a tracking number via E-mail,if you want check your order status, Please visit EMS Website and input the tracking number as we provide. We are also keeping an eye on your bags until they reach you.
How do I place orders?
You can send E-mail to us, just write to service@luxurygucci.com indicate which bags you want, with product name/model, quantities, preferably with pictures. Once we receive your order, we will check if in stock for you. If you agree, you can make your full payment via credit card. We will send your package once we get the money.
What should I do if I never received the shipment?
The rule is simple if you did not receive the item in a month from when it was sent out, we will fully refund you payment.
